K&A was brought in to refurbish the neglected equipment, restore confidence in credential printing, and provide reliable event badge support services behind the scenes. When the NBA requested 10,000 pre-printed cards on a tight turnaround, K&A produced the first 3,000 in-house to hit the deadline, then coordinated fulfillment with the manufacturer for the remaining quantity.
When additional supplies were suddenly needed, K&A overnighted them directly to the event hotel, keeping event credential logistics on track and credentialing fully supported without delays.
