The Industry Leader in Identity Management Products
When Major League Baseball teams prepared for spring training, their credentialing printers were anything but game-ready.
Multiple clubs were left with non-working devices, unreliable consumables, and no clear path to keep operations moving. With just weeks before MLB’s first pitch of Spring Training, K&A stepped in — no contract, just a handshake — to stabilize printers, restore uptime, and set a new standard for support for existing SwiftColor oversized credential printers. Those legacy units were in varying states of operability, yet K&A took them on while also deploying 93 new Canon printers to ensure league-wide reliability. Over the course of the season, every single printer was brought back online — and only one SwiftColor replacement part was needed.
“We really took the time to be empathetic with the league. They had a miserable experience before us, and we worked cohesively to eliminate every pain point. In the end, we own your happiness.”

At K&A — WE OWN YOUR HAPPINESS
K&A moved quickly to establish themselves as the league’s dedicated printer tech support partner. Remote service covered extended hours across time zones, ensuring spring training could move forward without delay. Every club was contacted directly to troubleshoot issues, recalibrate printers, and restore uptime — without shipping a single unit back to New Jersey. When new Canon printers were deployed midseason, K&A oversaw everything from unboxing and configuration to operator training and stocking an on-hand supply of needed consumables.
Two-thirds of the league required live remote troubleshooting before spring training — every single one was brought online by K&A’s support team without shipping a single printer.
Each MLB club plus the Commissioner’s Office received three new Canon printers, delivered in perfect condition and configured remotely for day-to-day operations.
Of all 30 clubs, only one required a SwiftColor replacement part. Every other machine was expertly restored from existing components.
From branding and badge formats to printer support and logistics — we’ve thought through the details that keep events running smoothly.
