When the NBA Replay Center in Secaucus, NJ needed reliable credential printing for its global event calendar, K&A Industries stepped in.

The Replay Center supports the NBA and WNBA’s premier events — from the Finals to global showcases — with over 145 operational days annually. The credentialing hub had 16 SwiftColor printers on hand, but only a fraction of them were functional. Without consistent support, the risk of failure before high-profile, live events is real.

K&A was brought in to refurbish the neglected equipment, restore confidence in credential printing, and provide reliable event badge support services behind the scenes. We also delivered a large initial order of consumables and pre-printed cards to keep event credential logistics on schedule and operations running smoothly

Printer Refurbishment and Rapid Credential Delivery

K&A refurbished 16 on-site SwiftColor printers — cleaning the units, replacing worn parts, and stress-testing each machine to ensure reliable performance.

When the NBA requested 10,000 pre-printed cards on a tight turnaround, K&A produced the first 3,000 in-house to hit the deadline, then coordinated fulfillment with the manufacturer for the remaining quantity.

When additional supplies were suddenly needed, K&A overnighted them directly to the event hotel, keeping event credential logistics on track and credentialing fully supported without delays.
